Processing Time
PRE ORDER UNITS : All units take about 14 - 30 BUSINESS DAYS (Not including holidays.)
Being that I do everything myself units may take a bit longer. I advise that you order as early as possible to avoid any issues. If you're in need of a unit by a specific time, please don't hesitate to let me know! I'll be more than happy to work with you! If not , check out my ready to ship units 🤍.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped with carriers USPS and UPS. Signature confirmation is REQUIRED upon delivery.
Please ensure that the address you provided is correct. I will not be held liable for any LOST/STOLEN packages.
SHIPPING FEE INCLUDES: full insurance just in case USPS misplaces your package or anything of that sort. Please understand that things do happen and It is completely out of my control. If a package does happen to get lost, a claim MUST be filed with said shipping carrier. They will be responsible for refunding you. Wigs By Her is not held liable.
OUT OF STATE CUSTOMERS: All packages come fully insured and require a signature. Please be aware that custom fees may apply from the CARRIER and I am not the one charging you any additional fees. All customers are responsible for paying any custom fees that may apply.
Once your order has been completed , shipping usually takes up to 1-4 business days to arrive depending on where the customer resides. Express shipping is offered at checkout.
Business days are Monday -Friday ( Observed holidays + weekends are not included. )
Returns are permitted within 2 days of receiving package. The unit must be returned in the same manner you received it, LACE IN TACT & UNWORN and in it's original packaging.

Custom Color Disclosure :
There is a possibility the colors of wigs will not be EXACTLY like the picture but I do get colors as close as possible. Especially with colors such as highlights as they're aren't always identical. Lighting does play a huge role and can also alter the way the custom color may look. Nonetheless, i do strive to recreate each unit as close as possible!
